About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Transactions Expert to join our team—someone who excels in a fast paced environment and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will bring a solid financial background, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes, including leveraging AI to support process improvement. Clear, professional communication and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external partners are essential. Experience with Facets and Workday is strongly preferred. A candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, along with banking or financial transaction experience, will be especially well suited for this role. This role is primarily remote, with the expectation of being onsite at our Chattanooga, TN corporate offices 1–2 days per week for ongoing training and rotational learning opportunities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years - related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Posting entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting systems.
  • Responding to inquiries and contacting other departments or vendors to resolve a variety of problems.
  • Serving as project team member for process improvement initiatives.
  • Entering cash transactions in ledgers and reconciling cash reports; preparing bank deposits.
  • Accurate 10-key data entry proficiency
  • Ability to work overtime if needed
