Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial lending experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability and comfort working directly with clients

Nice To Haves

• Experience with commercial and industrial lending is preferred
• The successful candidate will be team-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to help grow the firm's commercial lending practice through relationship building and business development.

Responsibilities

• Serving as lead counsel on commercial loan transactions
• Drafting and negotiating loan documents
• Managing and mentoring junior attorneys
• Conducting and overseeing due diligence
• Coordinating and closing complex transactions
