The Financial Systems Manager (FSM) - ERP PPM & P2P is responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and support of Oracle ERP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules within the Finance department. The FSM will be responsible for being the primary contact regarding the company’s financial systems, from system configuration processes to sophisticated accounting and reporting that is actively used in PPM and P2P. This role will lead cross-functional team members and participate to ensure seamless integration of PPM and P2P processes, drives system enhancements, and supports end users in maximizing the value of Oracle Cloud solutions, manages system upgrades, troubleshooting, configuration of existing and new functionality, and documentation to support operational excellence in PPM and P2P, and provides on-call support during off business hours on a rotational schedule, manages implementations related to mergers and acquisitions, and coordinates testing of quarterly system updates to maintain platform stability and compliance. Collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, audit, compliance and delivering high-quality support and training are key aspects of this position. The FSM will have strong communication skills and must interact regularly and comfortably across various departments, speaking in business acumen with the business field with the ability to effectively translate to technical acumen with IT teams and cross functional Management teams. The FSM will have leadership qualities of mentoring, growing and motivating financial system professionals, along with taking responsibility and accountability of accomplishing team goals.
