About The Position

The Financial Systems Analyst – OTCC is responsible for ensuring the interfaces into and out of these applications are complete and accurate by validating interfaces per the documented Financial Systems C&A schedule. The systems for this role are: - Company Owned Revenue: Sales Engine Audit Reconciliation (SEAR – custom PAAS) The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of our underlying systems and data flow impacting SEAR. This position will ensure that OTCC and accounting systems data flows are documented, along with appropriate governance, controls, segregation of duties. The successful candidate will be action-oriented with a blend of both technical and operational accounting experience related to these systems and will seek to build strong relationships with and deliver superior service to all key stakeholders. This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.

Requirements

4-Year degree in computer science, accounting or a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
1+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, IT or a similar field
Demonstrated success working with large, complex data sets required for validating source/target systems matching – Excel, Excel Power Query, SQL, etc.
Experience managing tasks and reporting status
1+ years of experience working with Excel
Strong accounting acumen and customer service focus
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and customer service, ability to positively influence others
Strong knowledge of internal controls and able to determine and recommend new changes to controls
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast-growing company where adaptability is imperative
1+ years working in Oracle Financial Modules

Nice To Haves

Experience working in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
Restaurant accounting experience is a plus
Excel Power Query and SQL are a bonus

Responsibilities

Partner with Financial Systems, Enterprise Applications, UDP Support, Restaurant Accounting, and Company Owned Revenue Accounting teams
Perform routine tie out validations of all interfaces into and out of SEAR following the documented C&A process
Investigate and document any interfaces with missing Completeness & Accuracy processes.
Develop an end-to-end understanding of OTCC Accounting interfaces, system dependencies, risks and controls – including data sources impacting accuracy.
Perform admin functions in the Oracle SEAR PAAS custom application. Including, but not limited to: Provisioning users in SEAR; Admin duties in SEAR; Review changes and data flows in all systems for SEAR.
Monitor and validate cash and sales data to ensure data loads in SEAR are complete and accurate
Test and update configurations as needed for: Account Mappings, Business Rules, Store Assignments, Data Categories
Opening and managing tickets with Unified Data Platform (UDP), Restaurant Technology, and Enterprise Applications, when needed.
Understand design of controls supporting data flows and how assurance on control effectiveness is obtained
Act as a liaison between OTCC (Revenue) accounting teams, UDP Support, Restaurant Tech, Financial Systems, and Enterprise Applications to support technology effectiveness and ensure all support and enhancement tickets are properly prioritized and tracked through completion
Create/maintain interface documentation and job aids related to SEAR
Assist with UAT testing system changes and any regression testing if Oracle changes are required
Configure settings in SEAR and understand how the screens are used (training will be provided)
