The Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting and optimizing the organization’s financial technology ecosystem. This role serves as a liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure financial systems meet operational, reporting, and compliance requirements. The administrator maintains system integrity, implements enhancements, supports users, and ensures the accuracy and efficiency of financial data reporting and workflows. Duties include: Administer core financial systems. Maintain system configurations, workflows, user roles, and security permissions. Evaluate system capabilities and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Develop and deliver training materials, documentation and user guides. Load, monitor, reconcile and analyze multiple data reporting systems. Design, prepare and analyze internal and external financial reports. Complete ad-hoc reporting as requested. Represents the Agency in all interactions with other members of the Goodwill community and with the general public, supporting the agency Vision of creating sustainable communities that thrive through the fullest participation of their diverse residents.
