Requirements

  • Excellent customer service awareness and willingness to engage in customer service work
  • Fluent in Cantonese, with basic negotiation skills and basic English communication and reading and writing skills
  • Familiar with office software operation; possess basic personal financial analysis skills
  • Customer service or related work experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the bank’s internal credit risk and avoid financial losses
  • Provide professional telephone service to understand customers’ basic financial situation
  • Conduct corresponding financial analysis based on the information and background provided by customers, and provide corresponding debt relief solutions
