Provide timely and accurate support to clients via phone, email, and live chat Assist clients in resolving transaction disputes and account discrepancies Work closely with internal teams (risk, compliance, tech support) to escalate and resolve complex issues Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups Educate clients on payment system features and best practices Weekly and monthly billing to customers, payments to agents, and collection vendor management Daily merchant account maintenance, bank changes, fee changes, Participate in a variety of value-added initiatives and process enhancements to optimize the output of the Corporate Finance department
