Responsibilities

• Advise on appropriations law, FAR‑aligned procurements, and internal controls
• Oversee reconciliation of fleet, purchase, and travel card reports
• Conduct open‑obligation reviews; validate transactions and invoices
• Prepare status reports; coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT
