About The Position

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Financial Specialist (Senior) San Antonio, TX Financial Management: Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) to conduct Higher Headquarters Assessments for US Army Installations on behalf of US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM). The team will conduct assessments of all components of the installation's Protection programs using the DoD Benchmarks, plus applicable Army, Combatant Command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM applicable requirements. As a part of that effort, the Financial Specialist will manage financial execution of programs (Army Compatible Use Buffer (ACUB) and Conservation Reimbursable and Fee Collection Program that fall outside of traditional execution (ACUB funds are direct from Office Secretary of Defense to Cooperative Agreements and do not have the traditional tracking / accounting procedures associated with Operations and Maintenance Army accounts). Additional duties include documenting accounting procedures and auditing programs in order to ensure program execution meets audit readiness standards.

Requirements

• Secret clearance
• 7+ years experience
