About The Position

This role at Bank of America is for a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) Registration Candidate. The journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses, specifically the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams, through dedicated and personalized classes. Candidates are required to obtain their SIE within 30 days of being hired and their Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days. Once licensed, individuals will be taught foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial pictures, and guiding clients with advice and solutions. After reaching key milestones, the FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Successful FSA I candidates typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they continue to develop and deepen client relationships. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including a background check, and failure to maintain registration may result in immediate termination. Bank of America maintains an in-office culture with specific attendance requirements, while also offering an appropriate level of flexibility.

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired
  • Obtain your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
  • Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements and background check

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
