The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) position at Bank of America is an entry-level role focused on developing financial advisory skills. The journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses, specifically the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams, through dedicated and personalized classes. Once licensed, the individual will be trained in foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. After reaching key milestones, the FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Successful FSA I's are expected to progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they will continue to grow and deepen client relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, which include a federal registry system registration and a background check; failure to maintain registration may result in termination. Bank of America maintains an in-office culture with specific attendance requirements, while also offering appropriate flexibility based on role-specific considerations.
