About The Position

The Supervisor FQHC Patient Financial Services is responsible for managing the
needs for training within the FQHC in cooperation with Leadership. The
Supervisor FQHC Financial Services also identifies and manages the needs for
training outside the FQHC that affects the Revenue Cycle.

The Supervisor FQHC Financial Services also is responsible for providing
adequate, competent staffing levels on each shift that support growth and
development.

This position also supports organizational goals by providing quality customer
service and data, participating in performance improvement efforts, contributing
to our financial strength and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and
cooperation.

Requirements

• High School diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in hospital or healthcare admission or business office required.
• Knowledge of third party payer reimbursement and regulatory requirements required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be able to take projects to completion
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Financial Counseling required.
