What You’ll Do: The Financial Services Sales Support Manager will have an essential role in creating a positive culture that uses industry best practices to deliver an exceptional customer experience through efficient operations. The Manager will oversee an internal sales support team which will offer support to Wealth Management Advisors (WMAs), Wealth Management Consultants (WMCs) and Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs) to increase investment advisory, brokerage and mutual fund sales while aiding in operational efficiencies. You will also: Assist in increasing operational efficiencies by providing beginning and intermediate end user support along with training, new account setup best practices, and client relationship management systems and related business processes. Assist with Not in Good Order (NIGO) items including new accounts, UMG wires, ACAT transfers, client service request, RBC and internal reporting, commission, and production credit. When properly licensed/credentialed, input client trade orders in absence of WMA/WMC/IAR. Knowledgeable on rules, regulations, and policies from FINRA, SEC, DOL, FBL Marketing Services, LLC and FBL Wealth Management, LLC and how they apply to WMAs/WMCs/IARs process and procedures. Support the implementation and integration of new products and systems by developing short- and long-term training materials and providing ongoing support. Analyze, develop, and implement financial services sales projects through creation of project plans, hosting status meetings and reporting information to key stakeholders. Work with the Regional Sales Directors, IAR Business Consultant, VP of Financial Services Sales, and VP of Life Sales to evaluate the effectiveness of the WMA/WMC/IAR programs and sales systems. Partner with Financial Services Operations and Agency Support, create and support an effective program for our WMAs/WMCs/IARs for Financial Services sales support. Provide daily oversight and management of the Financial Services Sales Specialist(s) including hiring, training, delegation, best practices, and discipline that fall under the Financial Services Sales Department. Effectively build relationships with our financial services partnership among the life only states by working with their state’s leadership, managers, and field support.
