About The Position

We are seeking a positive, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative, a role that combines the responsibilities of a Teller and a Personal Banker. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their daily banking needs and introducing them to products and services designed to enhance their financial well-being.

• Cash handling experience
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience preferred (but not required)
• College degree may be substituted for experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions quickly and accurately
• Balance and maintain your cash drawer daily
• Open and close accounts (checking, savings, CDs, NOW accounts, etc.)
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
• Perform basic loan administration as needed
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations
