About The Position

Join Fidelity as a Financial Services Representative, a role designed for individuals passionate about helping people and eager for career growth in financial services. This position offers dedicated time for development and training, preparing you for a future as a key representative in Fidelity's Investor Centers. The role includes paid training to help you obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, with personalized support and career guidance. Initially, you will support customers over the phone from home, handling inquiries about account balances, withdrawals, fund transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades, while spending one day per week in an Investor Center. After completing the onboarding and training, you will transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center. No prior finance background or college degree is required, as Fidelity provides all necessary training and support for licensing and skill development.

Responsibilities
