About The Position

World Finance, a multi-award-winning company, is seeking an energetic Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. This role is the face of World Finance, focusing on empathizing, empowering, and engaging with customers. The primary responsibility is to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently, maximizing growth, utilizing sound lending skills, maximizing potential profits, and following policies for effective collection of accounts. The position also involves providing excellent customer service as a key part of marketing the branch and Company culture. World Finance has been helping customers meet their financial needs and unlock their financial good since 1962, offering personal loans and tax preparation services through over 1,200 branches in 16 states. The company aims to help customers achieve better credit and financial wellness, fostering a team with clear values, strong community, and a sense of belonging.

• A valid driver’s license & access to a dependable vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
