About The Position

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in international tax at PwC will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analysing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimise tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. The Opportunity As part of the International Tax Services Generalist - CS team you are expected to lead the way as technology-enabled tax advisors who provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Senior Manager you are to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
5 years of experience
CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
