The Financial Services Associate role is an entry point into financial services, supporting the Financial Services Team with wealth management operations, member service, and administrative functions for the Wealth Management Services program. This position offers hands-on exposure to wealth management products, member interactions, and operational workflows under the guidance of experienced Financial Advisors.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-starting attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Relevant coursework or internship experience (considered)
  • Series 7 license
  • Life/Health Insurance licensing
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Charles Schwab or LPL, Redtail

Responsibilities

  • Develop foundational knowledge of the firm's wealth management products and services
  • Assist Financial Advisors in delivering consistent service to members, including managing inquiries when the Advisor is unavailable
  • Support scheduling and coordination of the Financial Advisor's appointment calendar
  • Provide administrative assistance with member interactions and order processing as licensure and experience allow
  • Coordinate daily workflow and appointment management for assigned Financial Advisors
  • Respond to member inquiries and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Maintain awareness of current wealth management product offerings and updates
  • Perform operational and administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency
