You will have the ability to open new accounts, secure retail loans, process transactions and cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs and increase member satisfaction. You provide engaging, personal service to members and truly care about finding real solutions to their financial needs. You are goal-oriented and always learning and improving. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment
• Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change
• Ability to communication, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment

• Previous cash-handling preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet members in person, on the telephone, or by email
• Develop and nurture relationships as you serve their financial needs
• Efficiently process routine financial teller transactions for our new and existing members
• Utilize your product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet their current and future financial needs
• Open new accounts
• Secure retail loans
• Process transactions and cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs and increase member satisfaction
