About The Position

This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a System Support Analyst with excellent analytical and problem solving skills to join our Financial Service Center (FSC)! Reporting to the Manager of FSC System Support, this position will support systems through administrative level tasks and update/maintain system configuration across Finance systems supported in our Accounting Department. You will perform and support maintenance for store and non-store master data and is responsible for establishing master data for stores, non-stores, addresses, leagues, store status, and reporting. A strong candidate must effectively communicate across numerous areas throughout the company to gather and validate master data. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Some experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at intermediate level is preferred
  • Strong ability to communicate, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills - Needs to be able to accommodate multiple tasks
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills
  • Strong drive to achieve, highly motivated and ambitious team player
  • Proactive nature, ability to assess situations to determine necessary escalation for decision making
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to handle changing workload and priorities
  • Ability to communicate with associates, globally
  • Must be able to work well with fellow associates and be an integral part of the team

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely store and non-store master data (opening, closing, status, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate store addresses, tax rates, market areas, mall codes, and time zones
  • Add, close, and maintain all warehouses, non-store locations, and cost centers
  • Responsible for the setup and maintenance of all Franchise, Special Center, and Special Event locations
  • Generate and run normal reporting along with any ad-hoc reporting requests needed for store and non-store master data
  • Coordinate communication of all new and closing stores with the General Ledger team to ensure that account balances are cleared
  • Communicate issues and escalate, when applicable
