This position will have a primary focus on supporting individual annuity servicing within the following key workstreams: Death claims Review and process annuity death claim notifications and supporting documentation. Withdrawals Process partial and full withdrawal requests in accordance with contract provisions and internal procedures. Validate required forms and approvals, research contract values, and apply any applicable fees or restrictions. Agent set up Set up and maintain agent/producer records in the standard processing system, ensuring required information and documentation is complete and accurate. Process changes to agent demographics, licensing status, and hierarchy as requested. Annuitization Process annuitization requests, including verification of elections and required forms. Calculate and set up income options in the standard processing system according to contract provisions and customer elections. System & Workflow Expectations Perform all work using the standard processing system, following established workflows, job aids, and quality controls. Research and resolve basic to moderately complex issues by reviewing contracts, prior transactions, and system notes. Maintain clear and accurate documentation to support regulatory, audit, and quality requirements. Ideal Candidate Profile Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in annuity operations/financial services with a desire to grow and take on additional responsibilities over time. Ability to learn and apply complex product, contract, and system rules with strong attention to detail. Strong customer-focus mindset, with an emphasis on providing accurate, timely, and empathetic service to internal and external partners. Openness to cross-training and expanding knowledge across other annuity servicing functions as business needs evolve. Ability to work in fast paced, high volume setting.
