About The Position

Financial Reporting, Director The Opportunity: Lead a team of five to six finance professionals supporting Booz Allen's financial reporting, analytics, and demand planning activities. Maintain relationships of trust with Finance VP, Sector Finance Leads, People Services, ETSS, Investor Relations, and other key stakeholders. End to end ownership of KPI reporting. Lead monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting on labor, financial and demand metrics, in addition to ad hoc analysis and reporting. Proactively identify trends, flag risks, and perform variance analysis. Collaborate with key parties across the business and corporate to incorporate all relevant information into the analysis. Compile and deliver presentations up to the CFO and COO, to provide business leaders with the information they need to effectively manage the business and insights to enable financial value creation. Support quarterly earnings story review, Q&A development, and guidance analysis. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, or financial planning and analysis
  • Experience in government contracting
  • Experience analyzing trends and briefing key takeaways to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with overseeing modeling and reporting, and teaching junior staff
  • Experience leading teams and organizations
  • Ability to communicate financial information both orally and visually, including compiling Excel outputs and PowerPoint presentations to convey financial insights or trends
  • Bachelor's degree
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Costpoint, Tableau, Deltek, and SmartView
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
