You will report to the Global Manufacturing Controller and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Accounting degree preferred.
  • 8+ years relevant financial planning and analysis experience
  • Experience with SAP or Enterprise system

  • Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly/quarterly forecasting and reporting processes for Fuel Manufacturing for P&L and Cash Flow. Work with Nuclear Fuel Leadership to provide results/forecast and variance explanations either through meetings and presentations and the Operating Plant Team (OPX).
  • Manage the development of the 5-year business plan schedule together with partners. These stakeholders include SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning), the Capital investment team, the Inventory Planning team, Supply Chain Management, Corporate, OPX, and Nuclear Fuel.
  • Manage the consolidation of the annual 5-year business plan. This includes variance analysis, which involves year-over-year and prior-plan comparisons.
  • Provide status and financial condition of the business. This includes Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), Schedule Performance Indicators and Cost Performance Indicators (SPI/CPI), Cost per Unit metrics, and other critical financial data.
  • Responsible for quality, accuracy and timeliness of all data, analysis, and financial reporting for Fuel Manufacturing.
  • Communicate with the internal and external auditors along with Westinghouse resources to support audit requests, guideline updates, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Sarbanes Oxley requirements, company procedures.
  • Responsible for monthly close requirements to reflect the current financial status of the operations.
  • Improve routine analysis rhythm following OPX requirements
  • Provide guidance on financial matters and perform Ad Hoc analysis
  • Develop direct reporting personnel and improve their system knowledge (SAP / BPC)
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) in financial systems and processes
