About The Position

Apex Order Pickup Solutions is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Co-op to join the team on-site at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio. As an FP&A Co-op , you’ll play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency in a fast-paced tech environment. Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Interest in technology, SaaS, or supply chain industries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work setting.

Nice To Haves

• familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to support business performance reviews.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to gather financial inputs and validate assumptions.
• Support cost analysis and margin tracking for hardware and SaaS offerings.
• Help improve reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives.
