Lead development of annual department financial plan, business analysis, business plan development, monthly performance reviews, KPI development and financial modeling. Shift Details: Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst Flexible 8-hour days Hybrid option Monday - Friday; first shift. Requirements

  • Minimum of three years operations, financial analysis or accounting experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of financial management and accounting theory and practice including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, profit and loss, and budgeting required.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of health system operations.
  • Working knowledge of third-party reimbursement practices for hospitals and physicians required
  • Proven financial and analytical skills, including knowledge of cost behavior principles required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for explaining financial recommendations.
  • Highly motivated and independent to take action with minimal direction or supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools
  • Master's degree in business, accounting or public health preferred.
