We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Associate to join the Financial Planning Automation team in our Enterprise Applications Advisory practice. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. YOUR TEAM. This position will support our Digital Advisory team. We advise a blend of small, mid-sized and large US and multinational firms on strategy, technology, and transformation, process optimization, analytics enablement, systems implementations, automation, integrations, data management, and more. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Deliver best in class consulting services by leading and contributing to Workday Adaptive Planning engagements, focusing on converting manual business processes into strategically designed model architecture in the Adaptive Planning platform. Able to design and configure Adaptive Planning solutions including but not limited to: Integration data sources and loaders Structural elements including levels, dimensions and attributes, hierarchies, and business rules Model development supporting Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow planning Implement planning cycle improvements like rolling forecasts and strategic long-term versions Financial performance reports and dashboards, including management reports, board packages, KPI trends, and ad-hoc analysis Facilitate client workshops to design and configure planning model solutions Able to track project status and present to executive leaders Assess clients’ current financial processes, design future-state processes and develop transformation roadmaps recommending actionable strategies Document planning models and deliver training sessions to Admin and End User client groups Support practice growth through business development activities such as client meetings, software demonstrations, proof of concept development, and engagement scoping Coach and mentor junior team members supporting team-oriented environment with potential for leadership career path Currently travel is limited, but must have ability to travel up to 25% YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: 1-3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning software, either as an implementer or company administrator Strong background in corporate FP&A processes including budgeting and forecasting with familiarity in accounting processes related to balance sheet and cash flow activities Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, index match, and complex formulas Experience with Corporate / Enterprise Performance Management systems (Workday, Anaplan, Hyperion, Cognos) or other financial management and reporting softwares (Power BI, Tableau) preferred Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Demonstrate ability to build and sustain professional relationships across functions and organizational levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards. Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning software, either as an implementer or company administrator
