Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, modeling, data analysis)
Solid business acumen and understanding of financial drivers
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Clear, effective communication and stakeholder‑partnering skills

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, or long‑range planning cycles
Exposure to large data sets or financial reporting tools
Experience improving or automating reporting processes
Background partnering with cross‑functional or operational teams

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial forecasts and budgets
Perform variance analysis and identify key performance drivers
Develop and enhance financial models to support planning and decision‑making
Analyze financial and operational data to surface risks and opportunities
Partner with business stakeholders to develop assumptions and insights
Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports
Support long‑range planning and strategic initiatives
Improve reporting tools and processes for efficiency and accuracy
