Financial Manager (Grants) — Ohio Grants Partnership, OBM Drive Ohio’s grant strategy and advance our mission\: maximizing the value of grant funding through accountability, transparency, collaboration, fiscal integrity, and innovation. As the Grants Partnership Financial Manager , you’ll lead statewide strategy for grants management—setting policy, building partnerships, and ensuring Ohio optimizes every dollar to achieve the greatest impact. OBM works with the Governor and every state agency in providing policy analysis, fiscal research, and financial management services. Requirements

  • 66 mos. exp. or 66 mos. trg. financial administration.
  • completion of undergraduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 42 mos. exp. or 42 mos. trg. in financial administration.
  • completion of graduate core program in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in financial administration.
  • 12 mos. exp. as Financial Program Manager, 66585.
  • equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
  • Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 mos. of required accounting/fiscal experience referenced in this portion of the minimum qualifications.
