About The Position

Our client is a B2B crypto payments provider focused on the Media & Advertising segment. The company helps businesses process crypto transactions efficiently and compliantly. Role Overview As a Finance Manager, you will build clear management accounting, bring structure to crypto financial operations, and coordinate with tax advisors for a fast-growing crypto payments company. The role involves active communication with international teams.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in financial or management accounting
Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Hands-on experience with crypto transactions and understanding of crypto accounting specifics
Solid understanding of management reporting (P&L, cash flow, unit economics)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Experience working with external accountants or auditors
Structured and analytical mindset
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Clear communication, including with non-finance stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving crypto business

Responsibilities

Build and maintain management accounting reports (P&L, cash flow, financial dashboards)
Ensure accurate tracking of transactions
Coordinate and control the work of the Canadian tax accountant (data preparation, timelines, follow-ups)
Analyze and select a suitable crypto accounting tool (high-precision, crypto-native)
Improve internal financial processes and documentation
Support founders with financial insights and ad-hoc analysis
