This position is responsible for performing a wide range of professional accounting and finance functions under the direction of the Assistant Director in Budget and Planning. This position will primarily be involved with the financial planning and budgeting activities of the Health Sciences Center related to the Operating and Personnel budgets and will also be responsible for functions within the University-wide budget model. The Financial Management Analyst Senior will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of Salary and Wage modeling, College level analytics, trend analysis, variance analysis, management reporting, forecasting, and monitoring. This position must also be knowledgeable in the development and maintenance of tuition and fee revenue modeling and capital planning to provide support and back up to the Financial Analyst Lead position. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be a key contact within the HSC Finance Organization and across the HSC EBOs. He or she will be a key member of a transformational Budgeting System team by providing critical data and educating EBOs. This position also includes duties relating to GL, Human Resources, and Payroll functions. We strongly believe in work-life balance and keeping time for things we love outside our work.
