Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field Over 6 years of experience in budget and financial management for technical projects Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Experience in program-level (aggregated) financial reporting, including capital and operational budget allocations Preferred knowledge of and experience with Cloud FinOps and IT Portfolio Management
