Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in a call center or bank branch environment with progressively responsible roles.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating technology systems and performing administrative tasks.
  • Mindset: Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with retention calls, analysis, and handling escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated calls and provide timely resolutions for customer inquiries.
  • Support branch and call center teams with operational issues and troubleshooting.
  • Log and track customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email and other channels.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
