Position Summary Ultra Maritime is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead the accounting function at our Fort Wayne, IN location. Reporting directly into the VP of Finance, the controller will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), while supporting operational excellence and financial transparency. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, deep knowledge of government contract accounting, and hands-on experience in manufacturing cost structures, inventory control, and project-based accounting. We are looking for a hands-on Financial Controller who can manage and work within the new initiatives, systems, and procedures. This individual will work closely with the local operating business unit as well as the broader international team at the Ultra Maritime Group.
