About The Position

Are you an accounting leader with a passion for developing teams? Wallace Graphics is one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial print companies headquartered in Georgia — and we're looking for a hands-on Controller / Director of Finance to be a core part of how we expand. Our services span commercial, direct mail, financial, wide format, digital storefront implementation and management, branded apparel, and merchandising. We offer full-service solutions for our clients using the latest technology with the very best equipment. Our continued growth is a testament to our talented workforce and passionate leadership. We operate in a team-oriented environment built on strong values and a genuine priority on lasting relationships — with our clients and our people. We believe that engaging, training, and rewarding our employees are the secret ingredients to our success. We invest in the growth of our people, from cross-training and lean production learning to management development. If you're looking for a place where your work matters and your career can grow, you'll feel that here. Looking to expand your career? This is your chance to showcase your talents and make a real impact. We are looking for a Financial Controller to fill a newly created position at our Duluth facility. The Ideal Candidate: This role is scoped at the Controller level — the senior-most accounting and finance leader in the building, reporting directly to ownership/executive leadership. We're open to candidates who carry a Director of Finance background, provided they're comfortable being hands-on and operationally close to the work. This is not a role with a large team underneath you yet, but we are growing quickly. It’s the right seat for someone who leads by doing, builds the function with intention, and grows into greater scope as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Accounting professional with meaningful experience in a manufacturing or production environment: job costing, inventory accounting, and operational KPIs are second nature to you.
  • Strong accounting foundation with a track record of building close and reporting discipline from the ground up or improving what's already in place.
  • Detail-oriented and hands-on: you're comfortable being in the weeds and stepping back to see the bigger picture.
  • A collaborative partner who communicates clearly across departments and earns trust with both the finance team and operational leaders.

Benefits

  • Health, dental and vision insurance
  • Health savings account access
  • Group life insurance
  • 401k retirement plan plus employer match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Recognition rewards and bonuses
  • Regular team building events
