The Ideal Candidate: This role is scoped at the Controller level — the senior-most accounting and finance leader in the building, reporting directly to ownership/executive leadership. We're open to candidates who carry a Director of Finance background, provided they're comfortable being hands-on and operationally close to the work. This is not a role with a large team underneath you yet, but we are growing quickly. It’s the right seat for someone who leads by doing, builds the function with intention, and grows into greater scope as the business scales.
