About The Position

Busek is seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to lead and support our finance operations. In this pivotal role, you will focus on supporting internal business groups by developing scalable financial processes, overseeing financial reporting, and collaborating on budgeting, forecasting, and ERP system enhancements. Experience with Epicor ERP systems is highly desirable, and familiarity with Deltek is a plus. You will play a critical role in providing financial insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Progressive experience in finance, with a focus on building and maturing financial processes and systems.
Proven track record of working in small companies, developing reporting and analytics from the ground up.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
Required to be onsite daily.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Epicor ERP systems is highly desirable
Experience with Deltek is helpful.

Responsibilities

Support internal business groups by providing financial insights and operational support.
Develop and maintain scalable financial processes to enhance business operations.
Prepare financial forecasting reports and corporate financial statements.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance.
Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage budgets and financial planning activities.
Oversee the preparation and issuance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead ERP implementations and upgrades (Epicor).
