About The Position
The position is within the Retail Banking division, specifically in the Branch Network department, reporting to the Financial Center Manager. The role is non-exempt and falls under grade 6, with a pay range of $19.00 to $31.86, depending on skills, experience, and location. The primary purpose of this role is to identify customer needs to facilitate needs-based sales and foster customer loyalty. The individual will supervise Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and Universal Bankers (UBs) to ensure efficient operations of the Customer Service line, which includes workflow assignment, training, and monitoring customer experiences.
