About The Position
The position is within the Retail Banking division, specifically in the Branch Network department, reporting to the Financial Center Manager. The role is non-exempt and falls under grade 6, with a pay range of $19.00 to $31.86, depending on skills, experience, and location. The primary purpose of this role is to identify customer needs to make needs-based sales and build customer loyalty. The individual will supervise Customer Service Associates (CSAs) and Universal Bankers (UBs) to ensure efficient operation of the Customer Service line, including workflow assignment, training, and monitoring customer experience.
