The Financial Center Leader 1 is responsible for leading and managing one or more financial centers, focusing on leadership, people management, sales, business growth, operational excellence, and risk management. This role involves hiring, training, developing, and motivating associates to foster a high-performing, client-focused team, conducting performance reviews, and building succession-ready talent. The leader will drive sales and service performance through strategic planning, manage existing client relationships, develop new consumer and small business relationships (up to $1M annual revenue), and lead external outreach initiatives. Operational responsibilities include ensuring efficient center operations, compliance with bank policies and regulations, managing staffing and scheduling, upholding risk management culture, and analyzing financial performance.
