The Financial Analyst will support ICBD’s budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, 13-week cash flow planning, and management reporting across multiple entities. This role requires a hands-on professional who can work with large data sets, build clear reporting packages, improve financial visibility, and provide timely support to leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, solid business judgment, advanced Excel capabilities, and practical Power BI experience. This position is designed for someone who can operate in a fast-moving environment, help improve financial presentations, and support both day-to-day analysis and longer-term planning needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance role.
  • Strong experience with NetSuite.
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Experience preparing or maintaining 13-week cash flow forecasts.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and transform raw data into meaningful financial insights.
  • Solid understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present financial information clearly to leadership.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate with urgency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while maintaining a broader business perspective.

  • Multiple-company corporate experience (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software.
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
  • Excellent communication, modeling, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior period results.
  • Support the annual budget process and maintain rolling forecasts across multiple entities.
  • Build and maintain 13-week cash flow forecasts and assist with liquidity planning.
  • Create and enhance management dashboards and reporting using Power BI and Excel.
  • Analyze revenue, payroll, operating expenses, and key balance sheet trends and provide clear explanations to management.
  • Work with accounting and operations teams to improve financial visibility, reporting accuracy, and process discipline.
  • Develop ad hoc models and analyses to support decision-making, staffing plans, and business initiatives.
  • Help strengthen reporting processes and financial presentations for leadership.
  • Organize and analyze large data sets from multiple systems and convert them into actionable insights.
  • Assist with onboarding new entities, reporting structures, and financial planning requirements as the organization grows.
