About The Position

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounting functions and supporting the organization's financial decision-making. This position will assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll , ensuring that financial records are accurate, complete, and maintained in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will not only manage transactional accounting but also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis . You will provide leadership with actionable insights regarding cash flow, investments, and risk management, helping to guide strategic business decisions. A critical aspect of this position includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and tax regulations, as well as coordinating with external auditors and tax preparers as necessary. Collaboration with team members to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and improve reporting accuracy is also a core responsibility.
