Hybrid schedule offered after training! Prestigious Syracuse law firm is hiring a Financial Analyst on a full-time basis. The Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting various financial analyses to support senior management decisions related to lawyer compensation, contract administration, lateral attorney recruitment and other strategic financial areas. Duties include: Analyze, propose, and review compensation structures for contract partners including potential lateral partner hires, providing data-driven recommendations for compensation adjustments based on market trends and internal performance metrics Manage the review, tracking, and updating of non-equity partner contracts Conduct financial analyses related to lawyer compensation and contract administration, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability reporting Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management Develop and maintain financial models to support the compensation structure and contract administration strategies Support budgeting and forecasting efforts for the compensation and contract administration functions Collaborate with the Manager of Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Integration to project compensation-related expenses and ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation data and contract updates Provide financial insights and recommendations to inform strategic planning efforts related to lawyer compensation, including lateral hiring and integration Oversee the collection, consolidation, and validation of compensation and contract data Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of compensation analysis, contract administration, and financial reporting Execeptional benefits, career-long training and development and opportunities for growth!
