From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience executing full-cycle financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with running statistical analysis, and leveraging ML to create causal inference models.
  • Understanding of return on investment (ROI) and profit and loss financial value metrics.
  • Ability to partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive GBO Finance’s business generation incrementality agenda, by helping execute incrementality studies, and thought-partner on estimating the business generation impact of new growth opportunities and organizational changes.
  • Enable delivery of sustainable financial value, by serving as an expert on financial value metrics such as return on investment (ROI), controllable cost margin, etc. to facilitate informed leadership decision-making on investments.
  • Provide global Finance support to customer segmentation workstreams, to enable delivery of the appropriate levels of sales treatment to Ads customers.
  • Serve as a key partner to GTM, Econometrics and Finance teams for business generation incrementality and financial value metrics workstreams.
