Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, the Financial Analyst will manage a portfolio of government grants and contracts, including budget and forecast preparation and analysis, ensuring compliance with government contract regulations, invoice and expense review, claims preparation for receivables, reconciliation and financial reporting.
