About The Position

Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Financial Analyst for our Financial Planning & Analysis department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Financial Analyst, you will: • Provide facility leadership with analysis and reports/presentations regarding the facility’s revenue, expenses, utilization, productivity, and other ad hoc reports as requested • Assist the finance and financial planning teams in preparing facility expense budget and monitors variances on a monthly basis • Provide all necessary information/supporting documentation to assist accounting and finance teams in completing the monthly financial close process • Complete Capital Expense Request forms and obtains the appropriate authorizing signatures for all capital expense requests for the facility • Comply with all privacy standards of the facility and the healthcare system, and other state and federal regulations as they apply • Other tasks related to the financial operations of the facility as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
  • 0-3 years of experience in healthcare finance or related field
