About The Position

ACRC is seeking a Financial Analyst at the Sacramento office. This is a confidential position to provide accurate, and timely recording, reporting, and analysis of Purchase of Service (POS) and Operations (OPS) financial information. Duties include managing accounts receivable; make manual journal entries and reconcile assigned Balance Sheet General Ledger Accounts; Support annual CPA audit and DDS audit and respond to requests and provide documentation; Gather and analyze information and create reports and financial documentation with high degree of accuracy, within appropriate time guidelines and maintain complete, neat and well-organized records and files.

Requirements

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or other related field with 2 years of experience in public or private Accounting, responsibility for accounting activities, financial analysis/reporting, and/or bank reconciliations.
  • The bachelor’s degree requirement may be substituted with a combination of education, training, and experience of at least 5 years.
  • Must possess the ability to read, interpret, and implement regulations with consistency, the ability to focus on detail for lengthy periods with a high degree of accuracy, ability to do complex work and meet schedules and timelines; the ability to summarize data and prepare organized reports within timelines.
