About The Position

We’re seeking a Financial Analyst who is eager to drive smarter decision‑making, optimize financial processes, and support growth across the business. In this role, you’ll analyze financial data, build budgets and forecasts, and develop meaningful reporting that strengthens visibility across the division. You will also help unify financial processes within our Consumer Brands portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and providing leadership with the accurate, data‑driven insights they need to move the business forward. This role is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or other related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience performing a similar role
• Proficiency with Data visualization/BI and Corporate Performance Management reporting tools

Nice To Haves

• MBA preferred
• M&A and/or consumer packaged goods experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform financial budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics tracking
• Report and analyze monthly financial performance
• Prepare content for ongoing leadership reviews
• Develop BI reporting
• Merging and integrating financial reporting and processes across Consumer Brands
• Analyze and initiate KPIs for the business
• Provide analysis on M&A activity
• Support the integrated business planning process
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Compare and analyze actual results with budget and forecasts
• Lead cross functional projects
• Support senior leadership and complete special projects as needed
