About The Position

Leverage financial planning and analysis and accounting backgrounds to explore and analyze historical financial data, predict future results (budgeting and forecasting) to recommend process and policy improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities for financial analysts include:

Requirements

• 3+ years of business finance or accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Professionalism toward internal customers
• Ability to appropriately interact with various levels of leadership
• Willingness to drill into detail as needed
• Willingness to apply whatever effort necessary to complete the job
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork

Nice To Haves

• Strong MS Excel skills
• Working experience with all other MS Office products
• General accounting experience (helpful)

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual Revenue (Turnover), Gross Profit (GP), Opex, and Pretax (EBT) results
• Update internal “online” reports for Company leadership
• Update financial models with actual results
• Quarterly forecast preparation and analysis
• Annual budget preparation and analysis
• Update US Census requests as needed
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements where appropriate; not satisfied with the status quo
• Conduct all business in a highly ethical manner, exhibiting behavior, practices and standards that uphold IMC core values
• Perform other duties as assigned
