About The Position

Responsibilities

Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide variance explanations for management reporting.
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes through journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
Support audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and explanations of accounting and analytical procedures.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to improve reporting accuracy and streamline financial processes.
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review.
Conduct cost analysis, margin analysis, and profitability studies to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls in all financial reporting activities.
Support audits and assist in documentation of accounting and analytical procedures.
