About The Position

The Financial Analyst supports financial reporting, planning, and system optimization across outpatient healthcare facilities. This role combines financial analysis with systems and data work to drive insights that inform operational and strategic decision-making. Partners with operations leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. Works closely with Finance, Operations, and ITS to maintain reporting processes, improve data quality, and enhance the financial planning platform.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)

Nice To Haves

Relevant experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or a related role (internships included)
Exposure to financial planning tools such as Planful, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar
Familiarity with healthcare finance (especially outpatient setting)
Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools/techniques
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences

Responsibilities

Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and analyses
Standardize reporting templates and processes to improve efficiency and consistency
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Contribute to analytics projects, dashboards, and data visualizations
Support administration, maintenance, and optimization of financial planning platforms
Partner with Finance and ITS to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and issue resolution
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ongoing data quality monitoring
Document reporting logic and processes for consistency and scalability
