The Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the PATRIOT Product Line. This position will be responsible for supporting earned value implementation, EAC development, and Ad Hoc analysis. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced team environment, work across multiple organizations and levels of leadership, and meet deadlines. This candidate is detail focused, seeks process improvement and efficiency opportunities, and works to ensure the program successfully executes. Requirements

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, particularly with Excel

Nice To Haves

• Earn Value Management System (EVMS) Certified
• Experienced user of SAP (APEX and/or Prism), RTN PMX, or similar system
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, willing to take on challenges
• Advanced Excel skills
• Operations/GSCM finance or factory/manufacturing finance experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial information in support of business portfolio
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to help define and understand monthly and quarterly variances from budget and EAC positions
• Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
• Partner with Patriot Product Line Teams, LADS Program Management Offices, and Cross Business Teams
